TCAF 2026 Timeline for Volunteers
February
Volunteer sign up for TCAF 2026 opens.
April
Volunteer sign up for TCAF 2026 closes.
May
Volunteer festival shift schedule is released.
June 2
Volunteer in-person training session #1 at the Mattamy (50 Carlton St.) from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
June 4
Volunteer in-person training session #2 at the Mattamy (50 Carlton St.) from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
June 5
TCAF Professional Development programming – Word Balloon Academy (WBA) and Libraries and Education Day (LED) from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
June 6
TCAF 2026 Festival from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
June 7
TCAF 2026 Festival from 10:00AM - 5:00PM.
*TCAF Special Events occur on various evenings during the week leading up to the festival, and will be at various locations across the downtown, all accessible by transit. Volunteers are needed for these events (sign up through the Volunteers Sign Up Form), and everyone else is invited to attend as the public. TCAF special event times and locations to be confirmed shortly, stay tuned to sign up for these.
