About Exhibiting at TCAF

Our Location

  • From 2009-2024 TCAF was held at the Toronto Reference Library, and presented by the Toronto Public Library. However, due to renovations at the library, TCAF needed to find new space for 2025 and beyond. While it can be scary to move, the Mattamy Athletic Centre has allowed TCAF to offer more table space than any year in its history (!!). Last year we were able to offer a +25% increase in total number of tables and for TCAF 2026 we are able to further increase the overall umber of tables - allowing for more new and emerging artists the ability to table.

Access TCAF

  • TCAF welcomes those who have demonstrated a commitment to upholding the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion. We encourage applications for table fee waivers from members of groups that have been historically disadvantaged and marginalized, including but not limited to, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour), persons with disabilities, and those who identify as women and/or 2SLGBTQ+.

  • Our Access TCAF Program waives table fees from creators who self-identify as belonging to the groups mentioned above. As you are filling out your exhibitor application, please click (Yes / No) if you would like to be considered for the Access TCAF Program.

  • Please note that consideration for the Access TCAF Program is only available to exhibitors whose applications have been approved. In any given year there is no guarantee the number of approved applications for this program; if Access TCAF requests exceed our available budget for this program, recipients are selected via lottery.
