In celebration of comic arts and all the great things that come with this culture, The Black Nerds in collaboration with TCAF present Thot Bubble! Come and chill with us and enjoy the music and vibes provided by DO NOT PUSH!, BAMBII and OJ THE DJ + Anime Night Club.
The Black Nerds curate experiences for Black fans of comics, anime, gaming, and pop culture to connect on the interests that bring us together. The goal of The Black Nerds is to create spaces for Black fans of comics, anime, gaming, and pop culture to connect, and celebrate those mutual interests! So let’s all come together and celebrate the opening night of TCAF’s 20th anniversary!

Yuri On Spice! TCAF 2022 Queer Mixer and Afterparty TCAF Fete
Join us for this annual event, at Glad Day Books (499 Church Street — just a 15-minute walk from Toronto Reference Library)! This is a place for queer and/or trans comics creators, readers, publishers, and other comics-involved folks to mix, mingle, and meet from 6PM to 9PM. Frivolousscan & Bee A will be providing the sounds for this portion of the evening.
We then pick up with a dance party with WizQid and Ace Dillinger to bring you a night mashing up two incredible vibes: Yuri On Ice* anime and Spice the Dancehall Queen!
*Promoting, sharing and/or swapping fanfic and comics related to Yuri On Ice is highly encouraged!
