When will I find out the decision on my exhibitor application?
All exhibitors will receive an email by end of day Friday, February 21st whether they have been accepted, waitlisted, or declined.
What do I do if I don’t hear anything by Friday, February 21st?
We encourage you to check the spam folders of the email that you used to apply for the application. If you still cannot find your message by end of day Friday, please wait until Monday, February 24th, then email us at contact@torontocomics.com or registration@comics.com.
When can I expect a response to my email?
A gentle reminder that TCAF, like all of us, needs its beauty sleep and we will be checking and responding to emails Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET. As a small but mighty independent comic arts festival we are doing our best to respond to queries, but due to volume there may be delays in your responses.
Can you let me know in advance of February 21st if I am accepted?

Hold fast friends! There will be instructions sent out in our exhibitor acceptances - including when and how to pay table fees, information about Access TCAF, and more.
