How to Pay Your
Table Fee!

The deadline to pay for your table is FRIDAY, APRIL 4 at 11:59 EST.

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card and cheque. Please ensure you are paying the appropriate amount for the table size for which you were accepted. See below for table pricing, and for detailed instructions on how to pay.

Not sure which size table you were accepted for? Please refer to the e-mail you received when your were first accepted as an exhibitor for the 2025 festival!

Your Payment Options

Please note, while we do accept payments by cheque, we strongly prefer that the digital payment options be used whenever possible.

Also, we are unable to accept cash payments in 2025. Please use only the methods listed here.

Please alert us to any issues that may result in a delay in your payment. If we have not received your payment by the deadline , and you have not informed us of any delay, we will assume that you are not able to exhibit and we will start to contact exhibitors on our waitlist.

Please pay by FRIDAY, APRIL 4 at 11:59 EST using any of these payment methods:

PAYPAL. Login to (or create) your own PayPal account, and use "contact@torontocomics.com" as the recipient. In the memo field labeled "What's This For?" please indicate the name under which you are exhibiting.

CREDIT CARD. Please send us an e-mail requesting an invoice.

CHEQUE. Please make cheques out to "Toronto Comic Arts Festival," indicating the name under which you are exhibiting in the "memo" line of the cheque. Send cheques by mail to:
