TCAF Hotel Block - please book by Friday May 9th!
We know that travel plans are very unsteady right now and our amazing hotel partners at the Courtyard Downtown Toronto (huge thank you to our hotel partners, Joyner Rodrigues and Patricia Chiu!) have allowed us to extend our hotel deadline a few extra days - please book by Friday May 9th!
Why book in the TCAF hotel block?
-
Stay with comic super friends right in the heart of downtown Toronto
-
All TCAF programming is happening at the Mattamy (a 3-5 min walk) or the Courtyard Marriott - which is our hotel! Staying in our hotel block is win-win for festival ease - plus lunchtime naps
-
Hotels in downtown Toronto in June are expensive - our hotel block is a good rate for downtown Toronto and very well situated - close to grocery stores, amenities, and the subway (*American friends reminder that with the exchange rate our hotel block works out to be ~$225 USD/night)
How do I book? You can book by clicking this link
Questions about cross border travel and exhibiting?
TCAF is very happy to host US Immigration lawyer, Catherine Glazer, for a short information session on Wed May 7th from 7-8pm ET to discuss cross border travel and exhibiting. This talk will occur over zoom and the link will be distributed next week and shared via our exhibitor portal.
Lastly, BIG reminder - if you are coming to TCAF from outside of Canada, whether you are flying or traveling by car, train, or bus, remember that you need a valid passport. Make sure you have your passport, as well as a digital / paper copy (just in case!) and that your passport is up-to-date. If your current passport expires anytime between July-December 2025, we strongly encourage you to renew it before traveling to TCAF.
