The Important Dates, Times & Places:
Exhibitor Check-in will begin at 2PM EST on Friday, June 6 at the Mattamy Athletic Centre (50 Carlton Street) - we will have two sign-in tables, one at each exhibition hall (the hockey rink and basketball court).

Early Check-in (but not load-in) will be available on Thursday, June 5 from 6-8PM EST at the Courtyard Downtown Marriott (475 Yonge Street).

Load-in will begin between 3:00 and 3:30PM EST (or as soon as we are able) at the Mattamy Athletic Centre on Friday, June 6, until 11PM.

Last minute check-in will be available from 8AM-10AM EST at the Mattamy on Saturday, June 7.
The Details
PLEASE NOTE: These details are still being finalized, and this page will continue to be updated with the most current information as we approach the event.
When/where do I check-in? On Friday, June 6 from 2PM onward, we will be running two sign-in tables, one at each of the exhibition halls: the hockey rink and the basketball court. If you are exhibiting in the hockey rink, please check-in at the hockey rink; if you're exhibiting in the basketball court, check-in at the basketball court!

Please note: If you are arriving in Toronto earlier (and especially if you are staying with us at the Courtyard Downtown!), we will be running an Early Check-In at the Courtyard Downtown on Thursday, June 5 from 6-8PM, and encourage you to check-in then to alleviate the volume of check-ins on Friday. Please be advised that checking-in early does not mean you will be able to load-in early.

How does load-in work? Load in will begin as soon as we are given access to the exhibition spaces at the Mattamy Athletic Centre - this is not a fixed time, but is likely to be approximately between 3:00-3:30PM on Friday, June 6. The Mattamy is equipped with only ONE loading dock (available for use until 11PM), so please be aware that large deliveries that require the loading dock and freight elevator will need to be staggered (expect more detailed communication regarding this soon, and updates to this page when that information is available).

Unable to arrive until Saturday morning? We will be running a last-minute check-in from 8AM-10PM on Saturday, June 7.
