A talented writer and artist, Jason Little first made quite an impression
on the comics industry with his comic JACK'S LUCK RUNS OUT. The whole
book was told featuring the face-cards from a traditional deck of playing
cards and coloured in the same style, using only red, yellow, blue, black,

Michal
Rabagliati
A designer and illustrator by trade, Michel Rabagliati is a Quebec
native who grew up on classic French graphic novels such as TINTIN and
ASTERIX AND OBELIX. Rabagliati's main introduction to comics in English
came in 1990, when he designed logos for Drawn & Quarterly (Volume
1) and discovered the work of Chester Brown, Seth, Maurice Vellekoop,
and Joe Matt. By 1997, he discovered a new generation of French cartoonists
from the "new wave" of publishers like L'Association. With his
interest in comics gradually being rekindled throughout the decade, it
was finally the Dupuy & Berberian book "Le Journal d'un Album"
that gave him the inspiration to write and draw his own comics. Rabagliati
has completed the short works PAIL IN THE COUNTRY and PAUL: APPRENTICE
TYPOGRAPHER, and his first full-length graphic novel PAUL GETS A SUMMER
JOB will make it's debut at TCAF.
